ich hätte eine Frage bzgl. NW-Lager für 1.4TDI BHC. Worin unterscheiden sich 038 103 673A/B/C und welchen Brand würdet ihr empfehlen (KS, Borsehung, Glyco, ET, etc.)?

Der HBZ von VW Bora BJ2001 könnte man einbauen. Allerdings wären folgende Umbauten notwendig:
1) 1x neue Bremsleitung vom ABS-Stg zum HBZ muss bestellt oder angefertigt werden. Beim HBZ vom Bora sind beide Anschlüsse auf der rechten Seite, bei dem vom A2 gibt es je Seite einen Anschluss.
2) Ausgleichsbehälter für die Bremsflüssigkeit vom Polo 9N oder ähnlich. Der vom A2 ist zwar kompatibel, dessen Deckel lässt sich nach dem Umbau nicht mehr öffnen.
3) Der Einbau von einem größeren HBZ wird dazu führen, dass das Bremspedal etwas härter und der Pedalweg kürzer wird. Dahet empfiehlt es sich, den HBZ samt BKV (Bremskraftverstärker) umzubauen. Der vom Bora ist 10", beim A2 ist dieser bloß 8,5" groß.
