Thanks Bret, I sent you a PM on A2oc regarding this same topic. I have used the infotainment CAN (from the back of the RNS-E) to provide connectivity to the controller, which has power, but the controller is not seen by VCDS. I'm now wondering if I need to use the comfort CAN instead. Also, I cannot find any info that details exactly what the cables do in the steering wheel......I have a brown, lilac and red......which I'm assuming is earth, LIN and power If none of this is making sense I can post the current wiring I'm using to attempt this mod, along with the part No’s. Hello, First, please let me apologise for writing in English..... I have a 2002 TDI with RNS-E, SDS and BT Prep , Bose, TT MFSW. I am using the A4 steering wheel controller 8E0 953 549 M and need some help with the wiring. Has anyone done this mod, and if so, could you help me with the wiring on the "L" shaped connector. I would also like to know if the steering controller should be seen in VCDS. Many thanks Jeff
