Setze ein Stück transparenten Kunststoffschlauch in die Rücklaufleitung von der Tandempumpe. Wenn Luftblasen zu sehen sind, sind die PD-Dichtungen undicht.

Laufleistung? Wurden die PDE-Dichtungen gewechselt? Ganz normaler Fehler. Versuch mal den transparenten Schlauch auf den Rücklauf zu setzen. Wenn es Blasen gibt, sind die PDE Dichtungen fertig. Thomas

There must be absolutely NO clearance in the ball joints between the actuator and the lever. Also remember to put on a charger when you do the basic adjustment, since the voltage can easily drop below 12V. Good luck!

Are you sure it is not the pipe from the filler neck to the filter housing? This is secured in a plastic bushing which wears out, gets loose and and causes leaks when the oil is thrown around. 11 and 12 in the diagram

Does anyone know if Volico paints are available from other suppliers? Volico will not ship to Denmark because they think that Postnord (DK carrier) does not handle the parcels good enough. And they are very reluctant to use e.g. DHL even though I have offered to pay any difference. Thanks in advance! Thomas

Hi Just a remark: if it came back from the garage in this condition I would definitely return it and tell them to fix it... Well I would check the wiring loom to the injectors, N75 valve plus wiring, the MAP sensor and the MAF sensor. The N75 valve and the Map sensor are known to fail. Thomas
