I have replaced all the components of the hydraulic clutch system over the years (thanks to folk on this forum since 2002!) - not so many miles since 2020 but having replaced the pipes from the pump to the Gangsteller / gear actuator I still have leak. Noticed a change in pump note after taking my mother to see my father in hospital after he had a bad stroke earlier this year. Further investigation showed the green fluid dripping from the KNZ body. Since then I have regularly topped up with hydraulic fluid and checked the 085 calibration & creep point. It seems Audi no longer supply the clutch actuator 6N0142063A anymore. I have a spare older one which could be rebuilt that was replaced in 2019. ------------------ Hallo! Ich habe im Laufe der Jahre alle Komponenten des hydraulischen Kupplungssystems ersetzt (danke an die Leute in diesem Forum seit 2002!) - nicht so viele Kilometer seit 2020, aber nachdem ich die Rohre von der Pumpe zum Gangsteller / Gangsteller ersetzt habe, habe ich immer noch Lecks .   2. Yes it fits very well - 2015 CGGB is mechanically very similar to 2001 AUA. However, electronics are quite different!
  3. Appreciate any advice on how to get a pair of these suspension arms or a way to install new king pin ball joints. Schätzen Sie jeden Rat, wie Sie ein Paar dieser Querlenker bekommen oder wie Sie neue Achsschenkelbolzen-Kugelgelenke einbauen können. MfG

Teilenummern: 8Z0 407 151 S (Servo) LHS und 8Z0 407 152 S RHS Sie wurden hergestellt von: TRW (JTC 1134/1135), METZGER 6933/6932, SIDEM 37574/37575, OCAP 0394183/0384183, TRISCAN 8500295104/8500295103 I denke VW Lupo 3L sind 6E0 407 151/152 aber nicht-Servolenkung? Sondern manuelle Lenkung wie: OPTIMAL G6-1167/G6-1166 MfG
  6. Car still stalls with aircon on - especially when idling when "cold". The Clutch position % is 2.7% . Hope to travel to Germany later this week.
  7. Hallo phoenix, yes the pump runs every two to three changes of gear lever. With new accumulator, mankmil KNZ and hydraulic pump, was hoping for 4 yo6 changes before pump runs again. Do I need to check wear on gangsteller?

  9. That's a useful thread, I wish I had read a few months ago! Maybe I need to set KNZ lower than 1.76v to help stop the car stalling with aircon on?
  10. Vielen Dank. OK, adjusted back to 1.76v and clutch cable now moves 2-3mm in neutral. The pump runs for 4-5 seconds every 1:15 minutes There is a noise with torque (clunk) but not sure if this is the clutch release bearing or suspension. All gears are working again although the engine stalls with air-conditioning on when at idle circa 850rpm. Otherwise it drives fine. To improve the number of changes before hydraulic pump activates would need what? New pipes? New gangsteller? MfG

  12. Refurbished Hydraulic Pump fitted. New Mineral Hydraulic fluid. Basic setting and Clutch Creep point set as per http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/5-Speed_Electronic_Manual_Transmission_(085) 3 changes before pump starts again even with a new Accumulator. Put car back on it's wheels to test drive and engine stalled in 1st gear after engine start. Refurbished clutch actuator was also fitted recently. Any ideas?
  13. Is there a way to stop pressure escaping? Flush out with new oil? New seals?

  15. Having trouble with hydraulics on A2 1.2 TDI. Revised Clutch actuator installed earlier this year along with gearbox rebuild.   19. Thanks, Yes, looking at the zoomed in photo there is discolouration of the selector inner ring splines that appears to be overheating. The left shoulder (towards 3rd gear) of the selector outer ring is black. So the selection of 4th was OK, but the ring slipped too far towards 4th and when trying to go neutral or 3rd it actuated correctly but was blocked and caused lots of heat?
  20. Maybe one of the Sperstücke came loose before and it tilted the gear?
  21. Vielen Dank! OK, the needle bearing inside is intact and no wear. The gearbox was completely overhauled with new bearings about 20,000km ago. Yes it is hard to move the collar. Maybe the ring springs need replacement?
  22. Vielen Dank - my photos are after taking out of gearbox where the parts became mis-aligned during removal. I agree with your comments. However, never had a problem with 3rd gear only 4th - engagement ok then could not get out of gear.
  23. Hallo! OK I removed teh gearbox and managed to look inside - the 3/4 selctor fork is not broken. But it has some burn marks! Only tiny amount of metal swarf on magnet. No bearing damage. What could cause this? Maybe selector fork movement needs adjustment? MfG
