Hello All.

I want to replace timing belt Audi A2 1.4 TDI 55 kW.

I read in manual they remove wipers en fresh air duct.

Does anybody know why and uf this is necessary?

thanks

Because you need to remove the air intake to be able to rise/lower the whole motor.

The air intake ist additional fixed with two unvisible Srcrews, located under the plastic cover (german: Wasserkasten) underneath the wipers.
