Auslöser-undichtes Öl des Gang-1.2Tdi

Recommended Posts

Meine aktuelle Vermutung wäre die Gangstellerdichtung.

Ansonsten bitte folgenden Master-Thread beizeiten mal durcharbeiten.

P.S.: Try to explain your problem in english. Most of the 1.2 experts are able to understand english...

Lutz,

Sorry, it's the clutch actuator that is leaking, not the Gangsteller! Apologies! It is not leaking at O-ring tubing connector but at the rear near the potentiometer. I suspect that the only solution is replacement.

Ok. Clutch actuator (Kupplungsnehmer) is a different point.

Did you check the voltage of the clutch actuator with VAG-COM?

Should be between 1,8 nd 2,0 Volt.

Does the voltage "pulsate" ?

Does the clutch actuator itself pulsate? Check both situations => Neutral without and with pressing brake pedal

Is the "gaiter" still intact?

As far as I know you have to replace the clutch actuator. There's no separte sealing available.

But we should wait for the real experts...

Btw. how old is your 1.2TDI and how much kilometers did you drive with the current clutch actuator?

With best regards

Lutz Michaelsen

The actuator works OK. I can adjust it and the readings are stable. There are no seals shown on EKTA or Elsawin. The gaiter is perished and broken. The car is 2001 and 176,500km. Replacement looks like the only option.

Many thanks and regards
