Hallo, 
hab am 1.4 TDI BHC sporadisch den Fehler "Manifold Flap Motor" (Detail muss ich noch mal suchen).

Ausbau der Drosselklappe geht ja schnell - das Getriebe (Zahnräder, Motor) sind aber tippitoppi - den Ruß hab ich jeweils mit Backofenspray/Zahnbürste weggeputzt.
Der Fehler kommt aber dennoch sporadisch wieder. Anlernen muss man lt. "Internet" ja die Drosselklappe nicht - wobei ich ja noch die Originale drin hab.
Hat wer noch 'nen Tipp wie man die nervige gelbe Leuchte loswerden kann?  Ach ja - gefühlt ist immer im Sommer alles ok - im Winter kommt's ab und zu wieder..

Another member on here as the same problem but it got under his skin. He as spent a small fortune trying to solve a problem which puts the mil light on once in a wile
He can go for months and no mil the light then twice is two days
I think I have a way to prevent the mil light triggering on a specific fault code but waiting for this other member to be read to try out my fix. It’s a mod to the map

So, hier aus alten Aufzeichnungen der exakte Fehlercode: 19559-Motor for Intake Manifold Flap (V157) Malfunction P3103 - 35 - 10 - - - Intermittent.
