Ja, AC mit neuen Schlüsseln sollte gehen! Nur eine Frage: Ist das der Schlüssel, der NICHT funktioniert??

No the rubber O-rings will seal, but the manifold is not fully seated, this can be only 0.5mm. Then the manifold gasket is not fully sealing and the flaps can stick. I had this problem when I did the reassembly the first time. Meanwhile I have replaced quite some injectors on BAD, so I know the possible mishaps. Anyway, have you checked the axial clearance of the shaft holding the flaps. When you have disassembled the manifold and move the flaps with a vacuum pump and push the shaft firmly to one side (from actuator side). What happens? Do the flaps touch one side of the manifold and get stuck? If so, then you have this effect also after assembly. If there is sufficient clearance between the flaps and walls of manifold and you can't get them stuck, then the problem is either the vacuum actuator or a problem during assembly. in first case you need to remove more material from the flaps or try to reduce the clearance of the shaft. In the center of the manifold there is a black plastic part inserted. This is a clamp that fits into a notch of the manifold shaft and limits the axial movement. if this part is worn, the shaft can move axially and thus make the flaps touch the walls to get stuck. Replacing this part e.g. with a wider part printed in 3D can cure this problem.

Ich glaube das größere Problem ist das die Kabel über USB OTG so erkannt werden, dass das am Ende funktioniert.

Würde ich auf jeden Fall mit deiner Versicherung abklären. Ich ging bisher immer davon aus, das eine Versicherung bei einem Kaskoschaden in der Regel nur maximal bis zum ermittelten Wiederbeschaffungswert zahlt. Wenn der ermittelte Schaden höher ist als der Wiederbeschaffungswert, kann die Reparatursumme durch die Verwendung von Gebrauchtteilen auf einen Wert kleiner gleich des Wiederbeschaffungswertes verringert werden. Fachgerechte und vollständige Reparatur vorausgesetzt. Sonst wird von der Schadensumme ggf. noch der Restwert abgezogen.

Moin Moin! Ich hänge mich mal an dieses Thema an - ich hoffe, das entspricht hier den Gepflogenheiten. Erstmal vorab: Ein tolles Forum habt Ihr hier. Ich lese seit einigen Wochen und finde vieles, sodass ich als A2-Newbie bisher gar nicht fragen musste Nun bin ich aber mit meinem angelesenen Latein vorerst am Ende: Es geht um die Servolenkung meines A2 MJ 01, lfd. Nr. 35.xxx -> also kein G250. Die Servo fällt sporadisch aus - immer nur beim nach links lenken, nach rechts ist die Servounterstützung immer da. Batterie ist top, Limaregler getauscht - Ladespannung jetzt 14,5 V, Massepunkt 9 blank gemacht, Massepunkt an der A-Säule unten sitzt fest. Hydrauliköl ist ausreichend vorhanden, Sicherung 38 i.O. Hätte jetzt als nächstes den Lenkwinkelsensor G85 oder die Servopumpe, bzw. deren Steuergerät in Verdacht. Tendenz letzteres. Aber ab jetzt wird Teiletauschen teuer. Habt Ihr nen Tipp Gelegentlich gehen nach längerer Fahrt die ESP und ABS Kontrolllampen an. Ist das gleiche Steuergerät, wie die Servo, oder? Könnte miit dem Servoproblem zusammen hängen - oder andere Baustelle? Danke vorab und herzlichen Gruß! Torben

An der Stelle sol laut Teiledienst das Heizrohr sitzen, und die Richtung ist verkehrt rum verbaut An einen verbundenen oder losen Stecker kann ich mich nicht erinnern. Mal schauen bei Licht.

ok danke. Habe gesehen, dass der Pin am Stecker des Lichschalters nicht belegt ist, d.h. steckt kein Kabelschuh drin. Aber immerhin könnte ich die Zündung-an-Info abgreifen. Lieber wären mir Motor an und Lichtschalter auf "Aus", damit das TFL mit Neblern nicht schon bei Zündung angeht und beim Start wieder aus und angemacht wird.

Great car, smart engineering, and absolutely no financial sense for VAG to do it what so ever. The only this I wanted is to have a modern turbo engine with an auto and you have done it long time ago. So long in fact that the photos are no longer visible. Do you still have an access to your archive and am I right to understand that is 1.9tdi fit, it means that 1.8-2.0 tfsi will fit as well?

Und dann weißt du auch nicht ob die Rollen/Pumpe auch noch alt sind. Bei jetzt 190 würde ich ausgehen das nichts gemacht wurde. Motor hat Prio 1.
