Danke für die Antwort. Da gibt es ganz schöne Preisunterschiede bei dem Spezialwerkzeug. Die Einlassnockenwelle ist tatsächlich etwas verstellt. Wer es ohne Werkzeug prüfen möchte. Der Zahn muss bündig zum Loch vom Nockenwellensensor stehen.

Ich hab den neuen schon drinn, könnte mir aber auch vorstellen das der alte noch funktioniert. Sauber gemacht habe ich den alten natürlich. Liegt jetzt bei den anderen alten Teilen... (ja ich hebe sowas immer auf)

Kann mir jemand sagen wo ich diese Dichtung her bekomme. Das ist die vom AGR Rohr welche an die Drosselklappe rangeht. Bzw. hat jemand ne Teilenummer? Die gelieferte ist definitiv zu groß.

Good day, The car is A2 2005 1.2tdi. I have got a problem with the basic setting, the error is RTFM 12. The lower lever of the selector was broken (it was welded earlier by previous onwer, but the work is carried out not quality and it is broken once again ). After welding the lever is mounted again, I suppose the position of it is right because I try to act accordning to the inctructions of this forum and wiki. Now after 2 cycles I have got the RTFM 12, before repairing it worked properly. 1. The Errors are not present. 1. Rare lights turn on 5-8 steps on each cycle, then they turn off. 2. Manually all gears are sellected with out any problems, the indication of G240 is 3,9V-2,9V-2,1V-1,05V (the percents is normally too), the indication of G239 is 1,5V-2,65V-3,9V (the percents is not so good, about 85%-45%-1-2%). I move a little (right left) the flag of G239 the voltages also a little change, for example, 1,6V-2,75V-4,0V (percents recalculate, but lower border (2,4 gears) can not achieve 100%-90%) I noticed, if I manually overcome the resistance of the gearbox shaft spring and continue pulling the lever to the left, I can reach about 95% of G239 (2,4 gears) , but this is not fixed position. Es gibt im Zubehör Reparatirsätze. Ob A2 weiß ich nicht. Ggfs was vom Passat oder Golf, A6 nehmen.

Nur wenn du das Zitat so kürzt, wie du es getan hast ... Darum geht es Die genannten Stahlfelgen sind günstig sogar neu noch verfügbar, XL1 Felgen sind überhaupt nicht verfügbar. Deswegen ist das eine eine Option, das andere nicht. Hast du vermutlich anders verstanden. Tachoanpassung siehe oben! Warum wiederholst du das jetzt nochmal? Muss ich es nochmal verlinken? Lösungen zu suchen und zu finden für das Problem, dass die 145er nicht mehr lieferbar sind ist unsere gemeinsame Mission, oder?
