When you took a pump from another car, the gaskets could be still fine. Nevertheless you should use it with ATF oil too long. As you have seen, the pump itself can reach the threshold pressure. So I think it is needed to replace the gaskets on the valves of the gear actuator. There are 2 parts in the system with a high and low pressure side: pump and gear actuator. Worn out gaskets will lead to a bypass between high and low pressure resulting in problems like yours. The clutch actuator works differently.

Ok, this it is gaskets. Gaskets in pump unite, gaskets in gear selector? There is no kits to care all all unites. My pump is from another car and it not runned with ATF oil. Left clutch actuator and gears selector. You mean i need those two parts?

You should better stop trying before you kill the pump. As I mentioned, your pump never reaches enough pressure for driving and I'm pretty sure the gaskets were destroyed by the ATF oil.

Look at the G270 values in picture 2 and 3. The value is too low, so you have too low pressure and so the pump is running all the time. Therefore your system is probably loosing pressure somewhere.

Danke für dein Update dazu! Du hast es also nun geschafft, das Kabel unsichtbar vom Sicherungskasten bis zum Dach zu verlegen? Könntest du mal ein Bild einstellen, wo genau das Kabel am Dachhimmel rauskommt? Möchte auch eine Dashcam verbauen, am besten möglichst unsichtbar hinter dem Spiegel. Da war ich aber die ganze Zeit am überlegen, wie ich das Kabel am besten verlege und wie ich die Dashcam befestige.

Das ist so vorgesehen!

Today i opened drivers door and pump doesn't start. Looks like it still have a good pressure from yesterday. Ignition ON,pump starts for maybe 15 sek and then it stopt. I hear at same time gear changed from N( car was in N from yesterday) to 1 gear.Sounds promising. Then i pushed brakes and old history came back. Pump starts immediately and won't stop. Car engine started in S, don't know when, gut gear now is in N and i can't engage to D or R. I stoped engine,switchen off and on ignition and pump now running all the time without a Stop. Update: Ich habe es gelöst bekommen, auch ohne die gesamte A-Säule oben und weitere Teile zu entfernen. 1. A-Säule oben lockern, aber die schwierigen Clips einfach dran lassen. Es genügt ein Spalt. 2. A-Säule unten komplett entfernen, geht aber einfach. 3. Von oben nun einen Draht (mit einer Schlaufe ganz vorne) in die Lücke einführen. Mit einer guten Taschenlampe von unten leuchten. 4. Von unten mit einem langen Werkzeug angeln und den Draht nach unten ziehen. 5. Dort das Kabel befestigen und wieder nach oben ziehen. Ein erfahrener Schrauber macht es sicherlich besser, so hat es für mich funktioniert

Das sieht sooo gut aus, schade das ich nicht dabei sein kann! Allerdings ist mein A2 auch noch nicht in vorzeigbarem Zustand :-D
