Thanks to him, he killed the whole hydraulic system. ATF lets all gaskets swell up and they get a consistence like pudding/slime. -

Yes, previous owner instead of green filed system with ATF. I replaced with correct oil and replaced pump unite. There is no visible leakage of oil and just need to guess that there is no internal leakage. Mankmil wrote many interesting things what i need to check. I just confirm, when i open a driver doors pump working about 15 sek then stops. When Ignition ON it almost never stop. I newer checked what is pressure in a hydraulic system because didn't know that possibility to do in VCDS. Today first i will do this. I don't think a clutch have mechanical problem, there was no strange sound or something strange from the clutch. Just after last test drive next day car won't to drive. -

Meinst Du den kupplungsseitigen Simmerring? Tausch der Simmerringe der Antriebswellenflanschen ist guter Hinweis . Hat jemand zufällig die Teilenummer dieser Simmerringe parat? -

Antriebswellenflasch ausbauen
Ratsam wäre vorher die Kreuzschraube herauszudrehen, um eine Abscherung oder Beschädigung zu vermeiden und dann zwei Radbozen hineindrehen um das Drehen zu blockieren. -

Hallo zusammen, kleines Update: da ich das Auto zwischenzeitlich brauchte, bin ich trotz der beschriebenen Symptome weiter damit gefahren, mein Schrauber meinte es wäre vermutlich nicht akut, über die weiteren 2.500km hat sich das Problem weder verbessert noch verschlimmert. Nun steht er in der Werkstatt und wurde ein gutes Stück weit demontiert, anbei ein paar Bilder, falls es den ein oder anderen interessiert. Leider nur Schnappschüsse in niedriger Auflösung. Nächster Schritt ist wohl die Reinigung mit Walnussstrahlgerät. Besten Gruß! Jens -

I'm quite sure, your clutch is working fine. You can check the clutch actuator's value in the measurements block #002. The clutch is open at a value >3V I think you have a problem getting the pressure up to a value where your system operates normally. There is also a measuring block for the pressure-sensor-voltage (I don't know the correct block at the moment). That matches to all what I see on the video. The car accepts gas (engine turns up) so it waits for having enough pressure to put a gear in and release the clutch. But it never reaches the point where pressure is high enough, so the car doesn't move. I think you have already tested what happens we you open the door and waits until pump stops. It should stop shorter than 1 minute. If it takes longer, the CU stops the pump to avoid damages (due to overload or dry run). If this works fine, there could be a problem with the N255 valve or your pressure gets lost in the gear actuator. A 2nd test could be, to switch on ignition and awaits the pump to stop. If it never stops, there remain several issues. Maybe you can try to put a dedicated gear in and check the pump's behavior. For example if it stops with Reverse gear but goes on in LG3-4 it might be a hint, that the gear actuator cause the trouble. On the other hand, if it doesn't matter what the gear actuator does but it never stops when clutch is open, the N255 could be the problem. Have you checked what kind of oil was used in the hydraulic? Sometimes people use read automatic gearbox oil. This destroys all the gaskets in pump and gear actuator.
