.. nur mal so als Info: ihr wisst schon alle dass euch der Doppel-Din Rahmen alleine nichts bringt, wenn ihr kein Doppel-Din Armaturenbrett habt. Single-Din und Doppel-Din Armaturenbrett sind unterschiedlich und der Doppel-Din Rahmen aus einem A2 kann NICHT in ein Armaturenbrett das Single-Din war/Ist verschraubt werden. Um ein Single-Din Armaturenbrett in ein Doppel-Din umzubauen müssen haufenweise Rahmenteile weggedremelt werden und dann kann man das Doppel-Din Innenteil auch nur verkleben…. Da ist es einfacher ein komplettes Doppel-Din Armaturenbrett zu kaufen als das irgendwie zusammen zu murksen!!

so...glühkerzenkabelbaum ist getauscht.druckschläuche etwas auf spannung versetzt und gestartet..merklich leiser...weniger gerumpel im motorraum.

1.8T fits with a lot of work. No one has tried TFSI Engines yet but it will be a lot more struggle. Different CAN, IMMO, ABS, ESP etc.

Die Lichtmaschine kann eigentlich nichts mit Ruhestrom zu tun haben. Aber wenn die nicht gescheit lädt dann ist die Batterie eben ständig leer.

Falls es jemanden interessiert hab den AKS-Dasis gekauft. Der gibt eine soliden und sehr Qualitative Eindruck, kann ich weiterempfehlen! Hab natürlich noch keine Langzeit Erfahrung...

Lenkstockschalter kannst auch mit Diagnose auslesen. Würde ich vor dem Ausbau machen, vielleicht ist es nur nur ein Stromversorgungsproblem.

If you do the transmission basic setting, the value of the clutch sensor at closed clutch (typical at 1,8 to 2,0 V) is set to 0% clutch opening. And 100% clutch opening is always the value for closed clutch plus 2,0 V, so just below 4 V. The problem is: if the control unit gets a lower value from the clutch sensor, this value gets the new 0% value. This is done to compensate the abrasion of the clutch disc (clutch gets thinner). But if the clutch sensor is faulty - mostly because of a worn potentiometer - the control unit might get spurious values from the clutch sensor from time to time. So if the control unit gets a reading of 1,0 V because of a faulty sensor, it will set 1,0V to 0% clutch opening. But now - as the value for 100% clutch is fixed to "closed clutch value plus 2,0V" - the control unit will only pull the clutch until the sensor shows 3,0 V - because the control unit thinks, now the clutch is fully open. So the range from clutch closed to opened is totally messed up. Depending on how wrong the values are, the car might still be driveable with hard engaging of the clutch or it is not driveable at all because it will stall the engine if you try to start driving. At least it won't start anymore once the motor is off because the value is out of range. If you do the transmission basic setting again with VCDS, the problem might be gone for some time. My problem was, that I have not seen any single faulty reading during monitoring the clutch sensor value with VCDS for quite a long time. So I wasn't absolutely sure that this was really the problem - although it was the highly probable cause. At the end suddenly I couldn't do a successfull transmission basic setting anymore and finally there were faulty readings visible at VCDS. So I changed the clutch slave cylinder with a renewed one with hall sensor - so never again any problems with faulty readings because of a worn potentiometer. Until now the car is running just fine.

Wie ist der aktuelle Stand? Bist du fündig geworden?

Schonmal gut zu wissen ... Codieren kann man ja weiter mit VCDS. Ich wünsche mir das nur als Ergänzung, weil mir manchmal der Laptop zu sperrig ist für Logfahrten. Vielleicht finde ich da auch mal einen Anhaltspunkt, warum mein A2 aus dem Start/Stop nur noch ausnahmsweise wieder erwacht. Bye pax
