Der Luftfilter ist ok, wie oben geschrieben stimmt dir ausgelesene Temperatur bei kaltem Motor mit der Aussentemperatur überein. Der Tank ist kurz vor Reserve, die Zündkerzen sind ok (optisch), den Benzindruck habe ich noch nicht gemessen, Fehlerspeicher ist leer. -

ANY startet erst nach machmal sehr langem Orgeln
Der Motor hat 200 Tkm. Bei laufenden Motor kommen jede Menge Blasen. Ich habe jetzt am Rücklauf (wo man trennt beim Motorausbau) einen Schlauch angeschlossen und ein gereinigtes Gefäss mit gefiltertem Diesel gefüllt. Im Rücklauf war dann Schaum, siehe Bild. Im nächsten Schritt werde ich gleich an Pumpenvorlauf einen Schlauch aufstecken und in das Gefäss hängen. Dann läuft das Teil autonom aus der Flasche. 1,5l füllen dauerte übrigens ca. 2 oder 3 Minuten. Ich bin gespannt, wie die Sache ohne Luft im Diesel aussieht und werde berichten. -

In think that makes a big difference, long distance it should be much less, if you do not drive over 120 kmh. Most of the users here are long distance drivers. I have an overall consumption from 3,2 with 145 and 3,5 with 165, bit when in drive around just 15 minutes in the city. With traffic, i get 5,5 liters too. The 165 are what kind of tires? They're are very fuel efficient 165er in the market, Hancock kinergy eco or Conti Eco contact , that also makes a big difference. Some users say, there are not very safe, but I am happy with the Hancook.- 1

When downhill i do not drive in eco because it coasts and consumption is higher than when car is in gear. Downhill i get 1l/100 and uphill around 10-12...so that's why my over all is closer to 5.5. I must make a longer trip ...maybe 100km to see what are the readings now. It would be so....crazy ...if this really has such a big influence.... -

Lupo has 5% smaller tires and bigger maf readings so it should respond very differently. Theoretically better acceleration... and maybe better fuel efficiency because of this...but it looses on aero drag so :)) myeah -

Nope. Öl kommt nur bis zum O-Ring oben am Kugelbolzen, dadrunter läuft alles, auch der Pumpenkolben, nur im Diesel. Und die interne Dämpfung ist auch auf die Anwesenheit von Diesel angewiesen. Daher immer versuchen Motorabsteller durch Kraftstoffmangel zu vermeiden, insbesondere nicht lange mit Luftblasen im System herumfahren "weil es ja noch geht". -

I have to go uphill every day for like 9-10km and same downhill. This influences my over all fuel efficiency a lot. I do not drive eco or for efficiency but before changing the maf to lupo this winter i had 6.7l/100. After maf i got to around 6.2 and if warm almost to 6. I do have 165 wheels because 145 are not available anymore:( (the 145 i keep for show:D:))) The rims are the 1.4 fsi version if i remember correctly but the tires are new. The tires are a2 diameter not lupo. Lupo has 5% smaller diameter in tires than a2...for some weird reason. After brake booster change...instant drop in consumption:))...So I believe the vacuum was not right even though I cannot feel it on the way the car drives...but i can feel it on the way the engine stops... My car is from 2002 and now has ~220k km. Fingers crossed... Turbo and injectors and head-gasket are on the list for refurbishing also so from here i expect some improvement also.
